Race to English! is a six-level communicative English course for primary school learners, which offers a carefully controlled syllabus to give children a comfortable start in learning a new language. The course provides balanced practice in all four skills and controlled and semi-controlled practice of new structures. Race to English! includes songs and games, as well as an ongoing literature component which provides further cross-curricular activities. Students are constantly consolidating their learning as the course provides systematic recycling of previously seen material, and encourages learners to work out grammar rules for themselves, using discovery techniques.
